Understand your workspace

The dashboard shows each box’s status, share link, message count, and unread count.

Create your first feedback box

  1. Select New box.
  2. Enter a clear box title.
  3. Add a description explaining what people should submit.
  4. Select Create secure box.
  5. Preview the reporter page before sharing it.

Advanced identity, expiry, access, notification, branding, attachment, and chat controls require a paid plan.

Share and manage a box

  1. After creating a box, copy its private URL or select Download QR code.
  2. Share the link or QR code only with the intended audience.
  3. To print the QR code later, select the three-dots (⋯) button on the box card, then select Edit.
  4. In the edit window, find Share this box and select Print QR.
  5. The same three-dots menu lets you edit, deactivate, reactivate, or delete the box.

Deactivation stops new submissions while preserving the inbox. Deletion permanently removes the box and its feedback.

Review and export feedback

  1. Select Open box.
  2. Use Search feedback to find submissions containing specific message text.
  3. Use the All, Unread, and Marked filters to show every submission, only new submissions, or feedback you have marked for follow-up.
  4. Select the list or grid view button to change how the results are displayed.
  5. Select the star beside a message to mark or unmark it for later review.
  6. Select Export CSV when you need an offline record.
  7. Delete individual feedback only when it is no longer required.

Edit, deactivate, reactivate, or delete a box

Select the three-dots (⋯) button on a box card to open its actions menu.

Edit
Update the box title, description, and available settings. The edit window also contains the secure link and the Copy link, Download QR, and Print QR controls.
Deactivate
Stops the public link from accepting new submissions while preserving the box and all existing feedback.
Reactivate
Open the three-dots menu on an inactive box and select Activate to allow new submissions again.
Delete
Permanently removes the box and all feedback stored inside it.
Before deleting: Export any records and download any files you must retain. Deletion cannot be undone.

Add control and brandingPRO

Pro includes every Free feature and increases the workspace to five feedback boxes.

Ask for a name or email and make either field optional or required.

Protect a box with a passcode and close it automatically by duration or calendar date.

Email an administrator when a new submission arrives.

Allow reporters to copy a message to approved addresses on the registered company domain.

Upload a company logo and choose a light or dark reporter page.

Configure advanced box settingsPRO

  1. Create a new box or open an existing box’s settings.
  2. Expand Advanced settings.
  3. Enable only the name and email fields you need, then decide whether each is required.
  4. Optionally configure expiry, passcode protection, email notifications, and company-domain copies.
  5. Choose the reporter-page theme.
  6. Save the box and test its public link.

Configure workspace and brandingPRO

Workspace profile
Set the administrator name, company name, and registered domain. The domain controls reporter copy recipients.
Company logo
Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP logo for public pages, or delete it to restore default branding.
Sign-in email
Change the administrator email after confirming the current password.
Password
Use a unique password of at least 12 characters.

Upgrade or manage billingPRO

Upgrade from Free

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Upgrade.
  3. Choose Pro and complete Stripe Checkout.

Change an existing subscription

  1. Select Manage billing.
  2. In Stripe, select Update subscription.
  3. Choose the available plan, select Continue, and review the price and effective date before confirming.

Cancel or resume

Select Cancel subscription to stop the next renewal. Cancellation is not immediate; Pro remains active until the last active date shown by Stripe. Before that date, you can reopen billing and resume the subscription without an additional immediate charge. Normal billing resumes on the renewal date shown by Stripe.

Premium includes every Free and Pro feature, increases the workspace to ten feedback boxes, and adds:

  • Image, PDF, and Word attachments up to 8 MB.
  • 500 MB of organization attachment storage.
  • Password-protected anonymous two-way conversations.
  • Up to five structured survey boxes.
  • Written, single-choice, and multiple-choice survey questions.
  • Survey results, charts, and export tools.

Enable anonymous conversationsPREMIUM

  1. Edit a feedback box and enable Anonymous replies.
  2. The reporter selects the anonymous-reply option before submitting.
  3. They save the generated private link and password.
  4. Open the feedback inbox and select the reply control.
  5. Write a response, optionally attach an image, PDF, or Word file, and send it.
  6. Use the unread-reply badge to identify new activity.

The reporter’s name and email are not required for the chat. Conversations expire after 30 days without activity; each new message extends access.

Create and share a surveyPREMIUM

  1. Open Surveys and select New survey.
  2. Enter a title and description.
  3. Optionally collect respondent email, require a passcode, or set an expiry.
  4. Add written-response, single-choice, or multiple-choice questions.
  5. Mark questions required when appropriate.
  6. Create the survey and share its link or QR code.

After responses exist, questions and choices are locked to preserve result integrity.

Review results and manage storagePREMIUM

Survey results

Open a survey to review response totals, unread activity, written answers, and choice charts. Switch charts between numbers and percentages, and export results when needed.

Files and storage

Download required attachments from feedback or conversations. Delete records you no longer need to remove their stored files and monitor the workspace storage indicator.

Before downgrading

Export anything you must retain and review attachments, conversations, and surveys. Premium-only controls become unavailable when the lower plan takes effect.
